Our head chef and his skilled brigade devise our seasonal menus and a range of tempting daily specials (check out our blackboards around the grounds!). As well as celebrating our increasingly-vibrant kiwi food culture, the focus on seasonal ingredients means we buy the best stuff when it’s at the best price. This way we keep prices sensible even though we’re buying top quality ingredients.
We’re proud to work with local suppliers who share our quest for perfection. From the freshest pressed seasonal fruit juices, perfectly-roasted coffee beans and artisan-crafted cheeses to grilled sausages and fresh native oysters, our kitchen is a treasure trove of gastronomic goodness.
