STUDIO – SOUND STAGE HIRE

Sound Stage Bay 1 is a high quality Sound Stage with a workable area of 19m x 11m

• Cleaning at the end of each hire is included, and washrooms are serviced weekly. Renters are required to keep the area clean and are responsible for daily tidying & sweeping.
• Hire includes shared access to a small kitchen with stove, oven microwave and tea/coffee making facilities
• A Greenroom is also available, and can be negotiated at time of hire. It is fitted with makeup stations, hair dryers, sink and small bar fridge. Where a clash in demand for the green room occurs, the Treehouse Theatre takes precedent and the adjoining Staff offices may be used for Bay 1 Renters
• Two Trestle Tables and 6 chairs are also provided to renters gratis
• Curtaining is currently hung in the Green Screen Area and may be used gratis.
• Each area is fully air conditioned and will maintain a temperature of 21c
• 3-Phase power is available in Bay 1
  • Greenscreen area is fitted with a lighting grid with a weight capacity of 2000kg (500kg x 4 anchor points). Specifications are available on request.

Please note that a Day Rate is considered to be a 10-Hour window. Overtime outside of this will be billed at $150.00/hour unless otherwise agreed.
