Holiday Programme Terms and Conditions

Your booking must be received, confirmed and paid for well in advance so we can ensure availability.

Payment for the show tickets will be taken as a non-refundable payment with credit card in order to secure your booking.

Additional tickets can be purchased but please note they are subject to availability. It is better to know your confirmed numbers before paying your deposit.

A 1:6 ratio of Adults to Children must be maintained at all times for Health and Safety.

There is to be NO external food brought onsite by a Holiday Programme. If you are seen with food not purchased from our restaurant, you will be asked to leave.
