Face Painting
Let our skilled face painters transform you into a work of art. Rainbows and unicorns; superheroes and swords- you name it, our painters can paint it! Our face painters are highly skilled professionals who use top quality hypoallergenic, FDA approved, palm oil free face paint, suitable for use on children over two years and adults. Face painting is the perfect addition to any party and you know you’re in the right hands with our talented artists.
Balloon Twisting
Decorate, accentuate, celebrate. Balloon creations are a fun and funky way to bring some extra joy to your celebration. Our artist will fashion a magical creation for each party guest to take home. We use only Qualatex Balloons made from biodegradable and photodegradable natural latex.
FANTASY CHARACTER PARTY
Choose your favorite fairytale or fantasy characters for an enchanting hour of interactive games, stories, makeovers, wish making, bubbles and dancing. Our fairies will take you on a journey to the bottom of the garden, our pirates will ferry you across the high seas, our princesses will twirl you around the ballroom and our superheroes take you through superhero boot camp!
We Take Your Health Seriously
In this crazy Covid-effected world, we can still have fun safely. The team at Whoa! Studios and The Grounds work hard to ensure the safety of our visitors and team by following the Ministry of Health Level protocols. We also; clean more frequently, have a zero tolerance policy to winter sniffles (staff must stay home) and have positioned added hand sanitising stations around the venue. If you have any special requests or needs to ensure your family has a safe visit please let us know.

A KIDS MEAL AT THE GROUNDS
The restaurant at Whoa! Studios – The Grounds, by Ben Bayly, produces wholesome, healthy and fresh food daily. We want your birthday memories to include healthy entertainment, play and food experiences.
The food is served in a banquet style in the middle of the table for the children to pick and choose what they would like. You can find our menu above. Please note that all Set Menus are subject to change at any time. We regularly adapt our menus based on the vegetables/fruit in season.
If you would like us to send you the most up to date menu, please mention this in your booking. Our restaurant is extremely busy during peak times and offering the best value food packages from the menu will ensure your experience will be fitting for your special day.
This Set Menu is $19.50 per child.
BOOKING PROCESS
Once you have read our Lunch & Show Package, our Birthday Terms & Conditions and have your estimated maximum numbers of adults and children please fill in the booking form below.
We will check availability for your preferred date. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted to confirm final numbers and pay for your show tickets via credit card over the phone. This is a non-refundable deposit and will secure your overall booking. Payment for your food bill on the day can be made at The Grounds restaurant after dining. This way you can add any additional food items and this will be charged with your final food package bill.
